St. Martin dinner at the Savoia Castle 2018

Join us for the St. Martin's dinner! Chef Tomáš Vaněk is preparing a rich St. Martin menu.

The Martin's menu will be served twice on the 11th of November.

The family lunch will start at 12:00 and the cozy candle light dinner will begin at 18:00.

Saint Martin's Menu

Welcome drink: Chardonnay Sekt, Savoia Castle, 2013

Amuse-bouche: Foie gras with caramelised quince

Soup: Thick duck "kaldoun" cooked with the traditional recipe

Main Course: St. Martin's free-range goose confit with sauerkraut and a selection of dumplings

Desert: Sweet potato dumplings with poppy seeds and organic plum sauce from our garden

Non-alcoholic French wine will be available for non-drinkers


St. Martin's menu for one person: 1100 Kč / € 42
Children below 10 year of age: 450 Kč / € 18

The organiser reserves all rights to adjust, edit or cancel the program of this event.


Shuttle Service
A shuttle service is available to collect guests in the city centre and to drop them off after the dinner.
First 8 passengers get to ride for free.
Regular price is 100 Kč / € 4 per person.

Public Transport
You can reach the Savoia Castle by taking the train in the direction of Kolin from the Masarykovo nádraží train station in Prague. The train ride to Uvaly takes about 25 minutes. Our driver will pick you up at the train station.

The taxi from the centre of Prague will take about 30 minutes and can cost between 500 Kč and 800 Kč depending on the taxi company. Add a note to your booking if you would like us to arrange your pickup.
